Offering:

11% Subordinated Debenture (1st position prior to construction) with quarterly interest payments (or compounding interest option) for 30 months.  7,500 Debenture units @ $1,000/unit for a total of $7.5 million to be used for development.  Minimum subscription - 25 units.  UBG employees may subscribe for less.

Investment is registered directly on title to the project lands and administered independently by Valiant Trust.  Eligible for most deferred income plans including RRSP, TFSA and RIFs'  Full security has been validated by an independent auditor as meeting Canada Revenue Agency eligibility guidelines.
