South Terwillegar Village project

Unity Investments Inc. announced today that it has successfully placed the South Terwillegar Village project. South Terwillegar located in the Riverbend area of Edmonton, will consist of 120 multi-family units. The $2.0 million placement which is secured by second mortgage and pays 12% annually was fully subscribed. These funds will be used to assist in construction finance for the South Terwillegar Village project.
