On the construction side of our business, Unity Investments focuses their due diligence on lower risk properties by developing smaller, shorter-term projects, usually covering time horizons between 12 to 36 months. The shorter time frame allows Unity Investments to properly forecast economic factors that may affect the economy and in turn their projects. Properly forecasting the economic environment 3 to 5 years down the road is extremely difficult and in most cases extremely unlikely. (link to current offering)
